My order was cancelled because my card did not match the billing address. This system is so frustrating! The reason for cancellation is also ridiculous. I had to apply for a new card just to place my order again. It's definitely not user-friendly.

I reached out to customer service for assistance, but unfortunately, they were not very helpful. I placed an order worth over 100 dollars on my browser and selected the option for 1-day shipping. However, the system did not allow me to proceed with this shipping method. Despite providing visual evidence of the issue, the customer service did not offer any satisfactory resolution. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

That was a terrible experience. Initially, I had a coupon code that was functioning properly, but suddenly it disappeared. Throughout the checkout process, I encountered numerous problems, such as encountering error pages and constant page refreshing. It was quite frustrating to deal with these issues on my phone, so I decided to switch to my laptop, but unfortunately, I encountered the same problems. I sincerely hope for an improvement in the future.
